I am the founder of Kohlfürst Legal (formerly Rechtsanwälte Kohlfürst & Färber), a German boutique law firm specializing in corporate immigration and citizenship law in the south of the Munich metropolitan region.

I am a native Londoner and completed my law studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich, one of the leading universities in Europe.

I was admitted to the bar in 1998.

I have been practising law in Germany for more than 20 years, specialising in skilled immigration and German citizenship law.

I have extensive experience in a wide range of immigration services.

My clients include individuals and multinational companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, information technology (IT), pharmaceuticals/healthcare, consulting, retail and multimedia.

I assist foreign theatre and musical productions with their German tours by obtaining the relevant work and residence permits.

In German citizenship law I advise clients, in particular on obtaining and retaining German citizenship, and represent them before the Federal Administrative Office.

I am a long-standing member of the following international bar associations

• IBA (International Bar Association)
• AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).

I frequently speak at IBA and AILA conferences in the UK and around the world. I have also written several articles and contributed to podcasts on various topics of German immigration law.
